Cooking is a combinattion of skill and techniques perfected and handed down over generations. Very little is new and original especially in Asia, where traditional methods are greatly respected.
However, there is still scope for innovations and we are delighted to include a few special and unique dishes invented by our chef in the menu.
Our selected menu is based on a delicious and tantalising range of food from various various regions of the Indian sub - continent.
